保障客戶的私隱為本集團其中一項重要政策。本集團將嚴謹地遵守個人資料（私隱）條例， 於運用客戶提供之個人資料時會符合甚至超越相關的國際標準。本集團亦承諾會督促員工實 踐有關政策。當任何人仕到訪及瀏覽我們的網址時，除了更新到訪者人數外，我們將不會收 集其個人資料。在本集團之網頁上，我們只會因應客戶要求提供之服務或查詢而收集其個人 資料，並且在收集的同時，將收集資料的目的及用途告知客戶。此外，有關對個人資料的查 詢和更改的權利，均會清楚向客戶闡明。在此我們重申，本集團不會在沒有告知客戶的情況 下收集其個人資料。

當個人資料被收集後，只有被授權之員工能夠查閱，而在未取得客戶同意前或除法律要求外 ，所有資料均不會透露予任何外間機構。

Privacy protection of clients’ and users’ personal data is an important policy of the Company. In handling such data, the Company will strictly adhere to relevant provisions in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and will adopt comparable or even higher international standards. The Company is committed to implementation of the privacy policy by staff and employees through proper and constant supervision and monitoring. No personal data other than visiting statistics are collected in respect of visitors to the Company’s website. Where personal data are collected in response to clients’ or users’ requests for services or information on the Company’s website, the purposes and uses of data collection and retention will be made known to the data subjects. The rights to access and correction to personal data collected will be clearly explained to the data subjects. The Company declares that it will not collect clients’ or users’ personal data without informing the latter.
